• Bush Kettle: $19.95 Australia-wide
• Adventure-Q Kettle BBQs & large items: $19.95–$29.95 depending on location
Standard street address shipping is capped at $29.95 anywhere in Australia.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Rathmines, NSW.
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers including CouriersPlease and Australia Post, depending on parcel size, destination and delivery requirements.
All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Small items ship for $9.95 Australia-wide.
If small items are purchased with a larger product, they ship at no additional cost.
Bush Kettle – $19.95
Bush Kettles ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $19.95.
If purchased with other products, shipping will never exceed our capped rate.
Large Items – Adventure-Q Kettle BBQs, Bathroom Mats & Gasmate Stove
Shipping for larger items depends on location.

These items are bulky and may be packaged and shipped separately from smaller items to ensure they arrive safely.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Large items delivered to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers must be sent using Australia Post.
For these address types:
Large item shipping: $49.95
For the lowest shipping cost we recommend providing a residential or business street address where possible.
Maximum Shipping Charge
For standard street address deliveries within Australia, shipping will never exceed $29.95, no matter how many items you order.
Examples:
Adventure-Q Kettle BBQ + GoodSnooze Neck Pillow → $19.95 (east coast)
Adventure-Q Kettle BBQ + GoodSnooze Neck Pillow → $29.95 (WA / NT / TAS)
Multiple large items → $29.95 maximum
Multi-Item Orders
Some orders may be packed across multiple boxes to ensure products arrive safely.
For example:
Adventure-Q Kettle BBQ + Bathroom Mat may ship separately
Bundles with additional accessories may ship in multiple parcels
Your shipping charge will still follow the capped rates listed above.

Authority to Leave
Most deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave.
If it is not safe for the courier to leave the parcel, they will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
