- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is faulty and still within the warranty period:
- Contact us
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Add a brief description of what happened
We’ll review your claim and get back to you quickly with a solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a remedy if a product does not meet the following guarantees:
