Warranty Period: 1 Year

GoodSnooze Travel Range
Warranty Period: 1 Year
Products covered: Neck Pillow, Eye Mask, Bamboo Blanket, Compression Socks, Drink Bottle
Coverage: Covers manufacturing faults in materials or construction.
Excludes: Wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is faulty and still within the warranty period:
- Contact us
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Add a brief description of what happened
We’ll review your claim and get back to you quickly with a solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a remedy if a product does not meet the following guarantees:
- Products must be of acceptable quality
- Products must be fit for purpose
- Products must match their description
If your product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.
