• $14.95 – Medium orders (e.g. bundles, kettles, mats 1–4.99kg) 
• $29.95 – Large orders (e.g. BBQs or bulky/multi-box orders 5kg+)

Note: For very remote or high-cost delivery areas, a member of our team may get in touch if a freight surcharge applies. 

Multi-Item & Bulky Orders 

Some orders may ship in more than one box for safe and efficient delivery (e.g. a BBQ plus accessories, or a bundle plus a mat). We’ll always aim to send everything together, but parcels may arrive separately depending on courier logistics. 

Large and bulky orders are typically shipped via our trusted courier partner for fast, trackable delivery. 

🔍 Tracking Your Order 

All Daymo orders come with tracking. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey. 

🛠️ Damaged, Lost or Missing Items 

We pack everything with care — but if something goes wrong: 

• Let us know within 7 days of delivery 
• Include photos if the item is damaged 
• We’ll resolve it with the courier and keep you updated 

If something needs to be returned due to damage or loss, we’ll cover the return postage — we’ll make it right.

Yes, we ship worldwide! 

• International shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout 
• Please contact us for a custom shipping quote 
• Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility
